Society’s distraction away from moral integrity has led to the destruction of significant protective factors for children.

 

The changing family structure, along with current social economical restraints, has created significant risk factors especially among the adolescent population.  The number of delinquent children introduced to juvenile courts continues to escalate with amplified violent and aggressive behaviors.

 

during the past ten years, antisocial behavior among girls and younger children has increased.  School dropout rates have also increased.
